Hi, I’m Medina, Functional & Holistic Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and Founder of QueenEatzNutrition.com

In 2016, I was diagnosed with Gestational Diabetes and that was the experience that set my entire world on fire. Chronic stress, depression, anxiety that was mostly triggered by food, existing on the blood sugar roller coaster of no sleep, constant grind and low self worth… I was miserable.

The course starts whenever you want!-It is a completely self paced course. This course is broken down into 10 weekly segments which allows you to take your time without feeling overwhelmed with information. This course is 10 weeks long start to finish.



I’ve had diabetes for 20+ years, will this course still work for me?

Of course! The goal of this course is to help you create a sustainable lifestyle that will help you provide your body with the nutrients it needs to be able to restore itself to optimal health and function. **Please keep in mind this course is going to require consistency, dedication and a complete lifestyle change. If you are not willing to adopt a healthier overall lifestyle, this course may not be for you.**



I am a type 1 diabetic, will this course work for me?

No. This course is specifically created for those battling insulin resistance i.e PRE and type TWO diabetes, PCOS etc.



I am insulin dependent, does that matter?

No. This course will teach you how to use food as medicine & sustainable lifestyle changes to enhance your body's own ability to regulate its blood sugars naturally, eliminating your need for blood sugar lowering medications overtime.

 


Does this course follow a specific diet?

Yes. This course highlights a whole food plant based diet. The point of this is to help you restore your body within 10 weeks. A WFPB diet is the fastest way to get you there. You will also be provided with meal plans, recipes, grocery lists, shopping guides and other tools and structure for how to make this process an easy transition, customizable according to your unique needs.
